If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• To be eligible for a return, The Card Will be Not Used by Any of our Business Partners.
• For Accepting Return requests the reason Should Be valid then only the Return requeest Accepted.

Refunds

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
• You will receive the credit within a certain amount of  3-4 Working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellation Policy

• We consider the cancellation request if it is made on the same day as placing an order.
• We will not accept cancellation requests if the orders have been communicated to the Processing/Delivery and they have initiated the process of shipping.
• There are no cancellations for those products that are in offer, or grouped with other products at a discounted price or products that are purchased a week before / during special occasions. These are the limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
• In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice with us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
